    2. Prices displayed on platforms include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
    3. Vsooni may cancel or refuse an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or insufficient stock.
    4. Orders are confirmed only after full payment or platform-approved transaction verification.

  4. Shipping & Delivery

    1. Delivery timelines provided on platforms are estimates and may vary due to logistics or location.
    2. Deliveries may require valid identification or OTP confirmation.
    3. Vsooni is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural factors, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

  5. Warranty Policy

    1. All Vsooni products come with a standard manufacturer warranty as mentioned on the packaging or product page.
    2. Warranty covers:

    4. Warranty does NOT cover:
    5. Physical damage
    6. Water damage
    7. Mishandling or improper installation
    8. Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    9. A valid bill/invoice is required to claim warranty services.

  6. Replacement Policy (Updated as per Vsooni Guidelines)

    1. If any Vsooni product is received in damaged, broken, or wrong model/variant, the customer must raise a return or replacement request within the return window provided by the e-commerce platform.
    2. If the customer reports issues such as sound problems, display issues, technical errors, or functional defects, a technician visit is mandatory before the replacement is processed.
      Replacement will be approved only after verification by an authorized service technician.

  7. Replacement will not be applicable for:

    1. Physical damage occurring after delivery
    2. Damage caused due to mishandling or improper use by the customer Such cases fall outside company policy.

  8. Service & Support

    1. For installation, repairs, or service support, customers may contact our authorized service centers.
    2. Service availability depends on the customer's region.

  9. Use of Website & Content

    1. All website content—text, images, graphics, layout, and trademarks—belongs to Vsooni.
    2. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

  10. Limitation of Liability

    1. Vsooni is not liable for any loss or damage caused by:

    3. Installation by unauthorized technicians
    4. Errors, delays, or failures from third-party platforms
    5. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

    1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will subject to 'Delhi' jurusdiction only
