Warranty Policy
- All Vsooni products come with a standard manufacturer warranty as mentioned on the packaging or product page.
- Warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects only
- Warranty does NOT cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Mishandling or improper installation
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- A valid bill/invoice is required to claim warranty services.

Replacement Policy (Updated as per Vsooni Guidelines)
- If any Vsooni product is received in damaged, broken, or wrong model/variant, the customer must raise a return or replacement request within the return window provided by the e-commerce platform.
- If the customer reports issues such as sound problems, display issues, technical errors, or functional defects, a technician visit is mandatory before the replacement is processed.
Replacement will be approved only after verification by an authorized service technician.

Replacement will not be applicable for:
- Physical damage occurring after delivery
- Damage caused due to mishandling or improper use by the customer Such cases fall outside company policy.
